Trends
IdeaScale ( our coverage ) does for research and development what Get Satisfaction does for customer service by providing Digg-style feature request boards. Large-scale inducement prizes arent easy to organize, though, so BigCarrot hopes to make it easier by crowdsourcing the prize creation process and letting anyone create or contribute to a prize
