Recently, I’ve heard from companies like Bulldog Solutions, InsideView, Jigsaw, netFactor, Reachforce, PointClear, Genius, Leads360, among others. agree with your push to have marketing's role shift to owning/managing the customer life cycle. Here’s the problem. Lots of stuff, huh?
