This month we’re pleased to feature Consultants Collective member consultant, career transformation coach, strategic adviser, facilitator, and leadership effectiveness trainer, Kevin Jordan.

Kevin Jordan is an International Coach Federation certified executive coach who serves as a strategic advisor, mentor, and facilitator to executive leadership teams and private clients to achieve peak performance and agility resulting in sustained engagement and value. Drawing upon a career as a leader and consultant, Kevin is able to work with clients on personal and professional development, relationship optimization, and team and leader dynamics. He has deep expertise and experience developing and realizing strategic vision through a relentless focus on optimized business operations. He is also skilled at building sustainable culture and workforce engagement through the power of people and organizational partnership, as well as delivering results and value with high-performing teams during periods of intense change.

My favorite painter is Caravaggio. My favorite composer is Antonio Vivaldi.

Why do you do what you do?

I coach because I believe in paying forward all the excellent, thoughtful and tailored coaching and mentoring I have been so lucky to receive in my life. I have a strong desire to be of service. Coaching allows me to give my clients the many wonderful gifts others took the time to give me.​

What is your latest accomplishment?

I recently delivered a series of two-day, in-person leadership trainings for the outstanding leaders of a local health care organization. It was great to be back live in person in front of a group!

What would you say is your chief characteristic?

The architect and binding force of sustainable relationships.

What makes you happy?

Spending time with my family and friends, travel and live music.
