Yet the closest I can find to strategic planning is optimization of media plans by media mix model vendors like MMA , Analytic Partners , Nielsen and IRI. But that is so tactical I classify it as part of execution. On the other hand, I think programmatic media buying does rise to the level of true AI. I’m not really sure.
