I looked at Meltwater Buzz a couple of months back and thought it offered a better platform than Radian6 (which is a good option in itself and often used as the industry example). Most of the tools in the space focus on Twitter, we focus on Facebook Pages, YouTube and Twitter. Historical data seemed more robust as well.
