Right now, the main way that I monitor my company’s reputation is through RSS feeds of specific term searches via Google or Twitter search. Since my company’s name is "ON24," I usually get a mixed result - blog postings about being "on 24" hours a day, etc. tried using the same criteria that I used on Google to filter these results out, such as exact phrase or asking it not to include results with specific URL.
