WMC: I've seen increasing use of wikis by companies for internal collaboration; how is Socialcast different? TY: Wikis are an excellent collaboration tool but in our opinion are not social software. In most cases wikis lack the concept of authorship and fail to focus on the individuals who created the knowledge and who else in the organization should be aware of it. We employ a wiki-like feature called "Pages" inside Socialcast. Essentially, a wiki is just one piece of our software that can be used as a collaboration tool. WMC: How is Socialcast priced?
