Top analytic tools: Google Analytics (97%), Facebook (62%, not growing as much as Google Analytics is), YouTube (40%, big uptake from last year). 60% of people spend less than 2 hours a week on analytics (67% in 2011, 72% in 2010), 27% spent 2-5 hours a week on analytics (22% in 2011, 17% in 2010). Interesting note that last year (2010) Twitter was in 1st place with 88%, followed close by Facebook (87%).
