Adsense is no more. They removed their easy AdSense placement. While I never really took advantage of this, I tried to place the Adsense code myself on the sidebar but the special HTML/JavaScript sidebar feature had a bug in it. This made the least sense as it's in Google interest to make using AdSense easy.

It's owned by Google I - This means that Google is indexing your blog and promoting it as it's part of their overall offerings and to their advantage - especially if you use adsense. Adsense integration - Blogger makes adding adsense very easy. Easy to get up and running - It took me 5 minutes to get my blog up and running.

These are called AdSense ads and they serve up advertisement links based on the content of the web page you are on. Tags: comments blogging Adsense. Some blogs like mine allow you to subscribe to updates using email as well. Why do I see advertisements (like Ads by Google) all over these pages?

The drawback for bloggers is that you can't get Adsense but hey, if I was blogging for the money I would have quit long ago. Copy the code and paste it on your site You can customize this but I really didn't do any customization and it looks fine.
