Customer Experience Matrix

B2b marketing automation) vendors, with links to my reviews where I've written one. The systems have very low starting prices tailored to low volumes. Most offer a CRM option (typically priced at $10 to $20 per seat per month) for companies who don't want to pay for Salesforce.com. Note: I've put Genoo and NurtureHQ into this category based on their price and what I can tell from the Web sites. Prices are a little lower than for products in the Small/Mid Size category, but the difference isn't usually that large. also promised a blog post on the topic.

I’m pleased to report that the 2010 edition of the Raab Guide to Demand Generation Systems is officially available today, with updated entries on all vendors (alphabetically: Eloqua , Manticore Technology , Market2Lead , Marketbright , Marketo , Neolane and Silverpop Engage B2B ). The same three vendors also added new tools to give salespeople better access to information the marketing automation system has captured about their leads. Market2Lead, Manticore Technology and Silverpop all introduced major interface upgrades.

Demand Generation Vendor Traffic Rankings

Customer Experience Matrix

Summary: Based on Web traffic rankings, new demand generation vendors with low prices are gaining market presence. Vendors showing significant growth ( highlighted in green ) are mostly new entrants with below-average prices: Pardot , OfficeAutoPilot and LoopFuse. ActiveConversion is not new but also has a low price point. My general interpretation of these numbers is that demand generation remains a dynamic market -- new participants can still enter successfully if their product and pricing are attractive enough. You can see that post here. How about it guys?

Here are some alternatives that will come in at or below Marketo’s published starting price of $2,400 per month (or $1,500 for their “Lite” version). (To be fair, many of the vendors below charge an installation of that can be several thousand dollars or more, while Marketo doesn't. Pricing on their Web site is quite close to Marketo’s: $1,000 a month for a limited edition and $2,400 per month for all the bells and whistles, and no extra charge for installation. Pricing for a full-featured system was $597 per month—quite a bargain. Pricing starts at $599 per month.
