JULY 31, 2009 B2B Lead Management Market Heats Up
Tools that analyze who’s clicking – and help B2B marketers make heads or tails out of Google’s analytics – are bleeding over into the lead management space. Some of our users would need extensive credit analysis and up-to-date company information like Hoover's website provides, but a lot of my users - I'd prefer to prequalify the data and dump it into a database, giving them a phone number, basics on the company and a contact. Email mailing campaigns, pushing B2B decision makers into visiting a website seems of a different era. Here’s the problem. Exciting times.
