Yes, you should probably have an FAQ page on your website. Satisfaction doesn’t necessarily yield a proactive word of mouth and recommendations. Few companies have the ultimate FAQ on their website, where they have answered customer questions proactively. Also, close the uncertainty gap in as many modes as possible.
