A 2008 study looked at the best times and days to publish content. And of course, if I should happen to be doing something else at the time, I should probably wait until the next Thursday. Though Luciani didn’t apparently include Twitter (2008 was premature, no doubt), I imagine his findings apply there as well.

Now, to be fair to myself, I rarely used Twitter for the first year or so after joining in April 2008. No challenge is complete, of course without a few rules. And if I can trust the MediaPost claim that average Twitter users tweet 0.5 times a day , that makes me only slightly better than average. How Often Do You Tweet?
