There are a few sections devoted to the mechanics of Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, and other social media operational specifics. One more note – so many are commenting on how funny this guy is (footnotes are worth the read alone) but this guys advice is down right ethical and that is hard to come by in the marketing realm these days.
