Social Media results can’t be measured False. IMO until these companies get their heads and strategies around social media as customer intimacy model rather than a content distribution channel they will continue to struggle with the medium. There’s been a bit of news about it recently.

Note that although various tools might measure this data, it’s inclusion is dependent on the data being available on each mention so in most cases only a subset of the total mentions are counted in this type of analysis. So while I definitely measure it and use it to rank I try not to rely on it to heavily. Hope that helps!
