Here’s why: Customer ratings and reviews are one of the ways we decide and choose to buy products online. If there are two pairs of shoes I’ve selected for my size and price, I’ll go with the one that has 5 stars over 4. Do these same persuasion tactics work for sites and businesses that aren’t selling physical products?
