On Becoming a Top Sales Expert at Top Sales World

Top Sales Experts LogoI’m honored, thrilled and humbled (all at the same time!) to be selected a Top Sales Expert at Top Sales World, the international online community dedicated exclusively to sharing sales best practices.

Becoming a member of the Top Sales Expert team is an exceptional honor for me as the group is comprised of 31 sales professionals who have joined this exclusive group over the past five years, and a maximum of four new members are elected each year.

The Top Sales Expert team includes best-selling authors, builders of large global consultancies, and sales professionals within the Fortune 500 arena. Areas of specialization cover a broad spectrum of sales expertise: sales process optimization, inside sales, sales best practices, sales lead generation, sales lead management, strategic account management, and much more.

While members specialize in various sales areas and deliver sales solutions in different roles, Jonathan Farrington, CEO of Top Sales World, notes, “All have one characteristic in common: a desire to give back, to teach, to inspire and to help others in sales succeed.” Indeed, all Top Sales Experts work together to continually improve sales standards and share sales best practices in the form of how-to guides, articles, and webinars—every conceivable resource needed by front-line sales professionals and their managers.

As a prospect development firm providing outsourced sales solutions to B2B companies involved in the complex sale, PointClear shares the goals of Top Sales World. We, too, are committed to helping companies apply sales best practices to optimize the lead management process, increase sales performance and increase revenue.

Over the next several months, I’ll be actively engaged with the Top Sales Expert community through several initiatives, including a series of thought leader Q&As that will provide broad perspective on the sales industry. My first audio interview with Jonathan is scheduled for March and will appear on Top Sales World’s blog and our blog here. I’ll also be authoring an article for the March issue of Top Sales World Magazine expanding on sales best practices from my recently published book, The Truth About Leads.
