Two weeks ago, we kicked off our DreamForce presence with our first ever Genius User Conference. It was a great experience to meet with a group of our customers face-to-face to hear firsthand stories of their success with Genius and their overall approach to smarter marketing in general. One comment that stuck with me was “Don’t try to plan it to perfection, because you won’t achieve it.”
