credo 2Chuck Carey, CEO of Compendian, wrote this Salesperson's Credo. He keeps it on the wall by his desk to remind him of what's important. He sure has the right attitude. That's why I thought you might want a copy as well.

Salesperson's Credo

Think the way your customer thinks.
Look at yourself through your customer's eyes.
Listen to yourself through your customer’s ears.
Speak in terms of what matters to them
rather than what matters to you.
Help them solve problems and realize value
rather than buy products.
Remember, it’s all about them not about you!
